Submission Procedure
Authors are required to submit their manuscripts online through the AGRINOVA Open Journal Systems (OJS) portal. Submissions by email will not be processed. Please follow these steps to submit your manuscript:
Step 1: Registration and Login

If you do not have an account, click on the Register link at the top right of the website.

Fill in the required profile information. Ensure you check the box "Yes, I would like to be contacted with requests to review submissions for this journal" if you wish to act as a reviewer.

If you already have an account, simply Log In.
Step 2: Start a New Submission

Once logged in, click the "Make a New Submission" button on your dashboard or navigate to the Submissions menu.

Select the appropriate Journal Section (e.g., Original Research Articles or Case Studies).

Read and check all items in the Submission Preparation Checklist.
Step 3: Upload the Manuscript

Upload your manuscript file in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.

Ensure the file is anonymized (remove author names and affiliations from the document properties and the text itself) to facilitate the double-blind review process.

Select the article component (usually "Article Text").
Step 4: Enter Metadata

Enter the Title, Abstract, and Keywords exactly as they appear in your manuscript.

Add all Co-authors by clicking "Add Contributor" and providing their full names, affiliations, and email addresses.

Enter the References used in the manuscript into the provided metadata field (this helps with indexing).
Step 5: Confirmation and Tracking

Review your submission and click "Finish Submission".

You will receive an automated confirmation email.

You can track the status of your manuscript (Review, Pre-production, or Published) by logging into your dashboard at any time.
